AGM Notification

Nambour Little Athletics Annual General Meeting

All parents and carers are invited to attend the Nambour Little Athletics AGM. Details for the AGM are as follows :

• Date : Monday May 6th
• Time : 2pm Sharp
• Venue : Nambour RSL (in the boardroom on the ground level)

The AGM will include ratification of the committee for next season, presentation of the audited financial report for the 2018-19 season, discussion on registration fees for next season, nomination of delegates for the LAQ Conference, and several other general items.

Following the AGM there will informal workshop-style discussions about planning for next season, which is an opportunity for all parents/carers to be involved with how Nambour Little A’s operates next season.

We will then have drinks at the RSL for those who wish to stay, at your own expense.
