Congratulations to everyone who competed at the Caloundra Open Day last Saturday. It was a great fun day and all of our kids competed well with lots of medals won. Check out our Facebook page for some great action photo’s. Results can be found HERE.
Best of luck to Jude, Riley, Alex, Troy, Sage, and Ally who are all competing at the State Relay Championships this coming Saturday in Brisbane. Go Nambour!
For everyone else we are back to a normal Saturday morning meet this Saturday Dec 2nd at Nambour from 7:45AM.
Tri Centre Carnival – Bli Bli Sat Dec 9th
Sat Dec 9th is our next Tri Centre Carnival at Bli Bli LAC (Lefoes Rd, Bli Bli) from 2:30pm for a 3pm start. No need to nominate – just come along for a fun freindly meet with Bli Bli and Maroochy Centres. This replaces our normal Sat morning meet on Dec 9th.
Regional Championships – Noosa Feb 9th to 11th
The Regional Championships is the major carnival for the season. This season they are being held at Noosa LAC from Feb 9 to 11, 2018. Athletes from U7 to U17 (sorry no U6’s or TT’s) can compete in up to 5 events. Top four finishers qualify to attend the State Championships. Nominations are due no later than JANUARY 27th. There is a flat nomination fee of $15 per athlete for Regionals. Please see the links in the Date Claimers section below – these will be updated once the event program is published. Note that some events will be on the Friday evening (U11-U17 1500m, U12 Jav, U11 Triple, U14 Discus, U10 Shot, U13 Triple). Any questions please just ask!

- Dec 2 – LAQ State Relays at QSAC, Brisbane for those who qualified. Normal meet at Nambour as usual.
- Dec 9 – Tri Centre Carnival at BLI BLI from 2:30PM. No meet at Nambour.
- Dec 16 – Christmas Break Up at Nambour from 9AM.
- Feb 9/10/11 – Regional Championships at Noosa. Info HERE. Nomination form HERE due before Jan 27th.
