Coaching Clinic – LAST CHANCE

Nominations for the FREE LAQ Summer Coaching Clinic must be in by this Saturday the 18th. Do not miss out on this clinic run by qualified LAQ coaches.

The FREE Summer Series Coaching Clinic is being held at Nambour on Oct 25th and 26th. The clinic is available for all athletes in the Under 9 to Under 17 age groups and target athletes of any skill level. The clinic will be a great opportunity for our athletes to receive quality coaching from experienced LAQ coaches.

The clinic will be available to all athletes in the Suncoast Region, and we’d like to see as many of our own Nambour athletes attend.

The U9 to U11 athletes will run from 9am to 12noon on both days. They will participate in rotational based coaching covering running, jumping and throwing events.

The U12 to U17 athletes will run from 12:30pm to 3:30pm on both days and will be coached in two events of their choice.

There will NOT be the normal Centre Competition on Oct 25th due to the clinic. Tiny Tots to Under 8’s are welcome to attend Bli Bli Little A’s for that day. They start at 2:30pm at McMartin Park, Lefoes Rd, Bli Bli.
