NLAC New Year Calendar Updates
Happy New Year NLAC Families,
I hope you are all enjoying the summer holidays and had a lovely Christmas and New Years.
Our season is now more than half way through and we have some revised dates on the calendar to share with you all. The revised calendar has been posted to our website but the key dates to remember are listed below.

Friday 18 January Tri Centre Carnival at Maroochy LAC
Saturday 26 January Nambour Meet (Regional Championship nominations close)
Saturday 2 February Structures Tri Centre Carnival at Nambour

Saturday 16 February Nambour Quadrathlon Event
TRI CENTRE CARNIVAL @ MAROOCHY (FRIDAY 18 JANUARY)
Our tri centre carnival at Maroochy LAC has been rescheduled to FRIDAY 18 JANUARY.
This meet replaces our regular Saturday meet scheduled for the 19th.
Please arrive by 5:30 for warm up and ensure that you are in correct uniform with your registration number affixed to the front of your shirt / age patch on the sleeve. This assists with electronic time keeping on the night.
Information on pre-orders for the canteen will be sent out prior (once finalised by our friends at MLAC). Make sure you check on our Facebook page for any late notices and canteen ordering information.
SUMMER INTENSIVE COACHING CLINIC
Due to the recent rain / bad weather the NLAC Summer Intensive Coaching Clinic has been rescheduled.
For those who missed out in December, now is your chance to get some great coaching in preparation for regionals and have some fun on the school holidays.
New details are:
MONDAY 21 JANUARY
8:30AM – 12:30PM
NAMBOUR PCYC
► Select 4 sessions including high jump (flop + scissors), long + triple jump, javelin, discus, shot put + hurdles
► Coaching by NLAC + guest super coach
► Open to all LAQ registered athletes
► Space is limited
Select 4 sessions of your choice for just $25 per athlete.
REGISTRATIONS CLOSE WEDNESDAY 16 JANUARY, 2019
FEES DUE FRIDAY 18 JANUARY 2019.

REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS – 9/10 FEBRUARY IN GYMPIE
All LAQ Registered U7 – U17’s athletes are eligible to compete at Regional Championships. U9-U17s must have competed in four (4) weekly Centre meets. Each athlete may compete in up to five (5) events of their choice.

Saturday 9th February & Sunday 10th February 2019.
Gympie Little Athletics Club, Albert Park, Bruce Highway, Gympie.
Nominations Close: Saturday 26th January. All nominations and payments must be received by this date.
