Regionals Nominations DUE NOW

The Suncoast Regional Championship this season is being held on Feb 7^th and 8^th at the Caboolture Little Athletics Centre. This is the main Regional carnival of the season and we’d like to see lots of Nambour Athletes competing.

The carnival is for all athletes from U7 to U17 and you can compete in up to 5 events of your choice. Nomination fee is a flat $10 per athlete and nominations must be received at our Centre by Jan 24^th. The form can be found HERE or we have copies at the Centre. Please note that there are strictly NO late nominations accepted so you have 8 days left to get them in!

All U7 and U8 athletes will receive a participation medal which is presented about lunch time on the Sunday. Athletes U9 and older who place 1, 2 or 3 in finals will receive medals straight after the event and all athletes will receive performance certificates detailing all events they competed in.

U9 to U17 athletes who finish 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, or 4^th in finals qualify to progress to the State Championships being held in Brisbane at QSAC (QEII) from the 20^th to 22^nd  March.
