Regionals This Weekend

Good luck to all of our athletes who will be competing at the Regional Championships at the USC track this weekend. We have 29 athletes nominated which is a great turn out for our small club. The full team list including the day and time of each athletes events can be found here. We will have marquee’s set up at the northern end of the track opposite the High Jump.

Maree will be Team Manager for the weekend, Rob will be helping in the recording room, and Julie and Kev will be officiating at the High Jump and Throws. Don’t forget that we need help with the Girl’s Javelin events – we have a few volunteer’s already but we still need some more help. Expect to be tapped on the shoulder at some stage!

For those not coming to the Regionals, Eric will run a reduced competition at Nambour as usual on Saturday morning. If there are any Dad’s that can help Eric with the equipment that would be greatly appreciated.
