This Weeks Update

Three things to be aware of this week :

1. This Saturday we will be hosting kids from Inclusion Plus Family Support for a special carnival. Inclusion Plus provides support for families who have a family member with a disability and Nambour Little A’s are proud to host a Special Carnival for these kids each year. We will also have guests from the Nambour RSL and Bendigo Bank coming along so please make all our visitors welcome this weekend.
2. The Regional Relay carnival is fast approaching. Relays are one of the two main carnivals for the season. We need kids U7 and older to nominate for the carnival please – they get to run two track relays and also compete in three field events against the other Sunshine Coast Little A’s clubs (cost $12.50). Relays this year are at Deception Bay on Nov 9^th. Please ask one of your committee members for more info about Relays. It is a great FUN day and the kids really enjoy competing as a team.
3. A reminder about the Introduction to Coaching course that we are holding on Sunday Oct 27^th. This is FREE to anyone associated with Nambour Little A’s. The course is run by LAQ and will provide some basic tips for coaching Little Athletes. Please let us know if you wish to attend this course so we can confirm numbers with LAQ. Ask Rob if you want more information.
