AGM – Monday 6 May at 2PM

A reminder that the Nambour Little Athletics AGM is being held next Monday May 6th at the Nambour RSL Club.

Details for the AGM are as follows :

Time     2pm Sharp

Venue   Nambour RSL (in the boardroom on the ground level – entry off the foyer)

The AGM will include ratification of the committee for next season, presentation of the audited financial report for the 2018-19 season, discussion on registration fees for next season, nomination of delegates for the LAQ Conference, and several other general items.

Following the AGM there will informal workshop-style discussions about planning for next season, which is an opportunity for all parents/carers to be involved with how Nambour Little A’s operates next season.

We will then have a drink at the RSL for those who wish to stay, at your own expense. 

We encourage all parents to consider attending the AGM and planning workshop. Please RSVP by return email.
