ENEWS – END OF YEAR PROGRAM
Hello NLAC Families,
We are on the slide into Christmas now with only a few competition weeks left in the calendar.
We have some changes to our Calendar as well. So that all our NLAC families can participate and avoid he clash with the State Relays, we have moved our Quadrathlon to next year in February. Our end of season program now looks like the below:
1 December Caloundra Open Carnival (early nominations close Wed 28 Nov – see below) (no Nambour comp this day)
8 December Bli Bli Tri Centre Carnival (no Nambour comp this day)
15 December Nambour competition
CALOUNDRA OPEN CARNIVAL – 1 DECEMBER
It’s not too late to get your nominations in for the Caloundra Open.
Early nominations for the Caloundra Carnival close 5pm Wednesday 28 November. Nomination fees are $10 per athlete for U6’s and a flat fee of $20 per athlete U7-17 and open up to a maximum of 6 events. Late nominations are a flat $25 fee. (u7-u17).

We encourage all our NLAC athletes to compete at the carnival.
Reminder there is no competition at Nambour on Saturday 1 December.
For those athletes attending we will have marquees set up on the western side of the Caloundra oval (North St Caloundra). Correct uniforms are required with correct registration numbers on the front of shirts and age patches on sleeves.
BLI BLI TRI-CENTRE CARNIVAL – 8 DECEMBER
Its time to compete with our friends at Bli Bli and Maroochy Little Athletics again.
We are off to Bli Bli on 8 December.
Please arrive by 2:30pm to sign in, set up & warm up for a 3pm start. Remember your hats and water bottles.
Bli Bli Little Athletics is held at 44 Lefoes Road, Bli Bli.
There is no competition at Nambour on Saturday 8 December and there is no fee for this competition.
STATE RELAYS / NAMBOUR COMPETITION – 15 DECEMBER
NLAC athletes will be off to State Relays on 15 December. We will have a regular Saturday competition at Nambour on this day. It will be the last competition day of the year before we break for Christmas. More information on this day to come so stay tuned.
